OpenTeam

Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to OpenTeam Portal, Team workspaces, Gateway-backed agents, and connected-account workflows unless a separate written agreement with OpenTeam says otherwise.

Last updated: May 18, 2026

Using Portal

  • Use Portal only for lawful business, professional, or personal productivity workflows.
  • Provide accurate account and Team information and keep sign-in methods secure.
  • Connect only accounts, files, systems, and data that you are authorized to access and process.
  • Review outputs, drafts, actions, calculations, filings, messages, and recommendations before relying on them.
  • Comply with applicable laws, provider terms, workplace policies, and written agreements with OpenTeam.

Connected Services

Portal can connect to services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Shopify, Clio, Amazon Seller, WhatsApp, Sage Intacct, and other business systems.

  • When you connect a third-party service, you authorize OpenTeam to store connection metadata and credentials needed to perform your requested workflows.
  • OpenTeam may route selected connector credentials to Gateway runtimes and MCP services for the selected Team and connection ids.
  • You remain responsible for the third-party accounts you connect and for complying with each provider's terms and policies.
  • OpenTeam may require confirmation before sending messages, editing files, changing calendars, publishing content, deleting records, or taking other sensitive actions.
  • Disconnecting a connector stops normal runtime credential access for that connection, but provider-side revocation may also need to be completed in the provider account.

Content And Outputs

  • You retain ownership of content you submit to Portal, subject to any separate agreement for your Team or organization.
  • You grant OpenTeam the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, and support that content for Portal and user-requested workflows.
  • OpenTeam may generate outputs from user instructions and connected-account data. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular use.
  • Portal is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, tax, security, or other professional advice.

Prohibited Use

  • Access, test, scan, or interfere with systems, accounts, Teams, Gateways, or data without authorization.
  • Use Portal to send spam, phishing, deceptive messages, malware, or abusive content.
  • Upload or process content that infringes rights, violates law, or exposes data you are not allowed to share.
  • Bypass usage limits, security controls, approval flows, audit logs, or connector permission boundaries.
  • Reverse engineer proprietary service components except where law expressly permits it.

Service Changes And Suspension

  • Portal may change, suspend, or discontinue features, connectors, limits, or availability as the service evolves.
  • Some workflows depend on third-party APIs, OAuth providers, Gateway hosts, MCP services, model providers, network access, and customer-controlled systems.
  • OpenTeam may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms or another written agreement.
  • Paid plans, commercial licensing, support, service levels, and custom deployment terms are controlled by the applicable order form, statement of work, subscription agreement, or other written agreement.

Disclaimers And Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portal is provided as available and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenTeam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limit. Any separate signed agreement controls if it provides different liability, warranty, support, or service-level terms.
